Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will repair or replace the item at no charge.

Incorrect Items

If you received an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 3 days. We will arrange collection of the incorrect piece and send the correct one promptly.

How to Return

You may return items in person at either of our Yerevan boutiques:

Alternatively, you may ship the item to us via a prepaid method. Please ensure the item is in its original Nshanyan packaging whenever possible.

Nshanyan is a brand of Nshanyan LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia. We design and produce headwear and accessories, available online and through our boutiques in Yerevan.

All prices are listed in Armenian Drams (AMD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Product colors and materials may vary slightly from website images due to screen differences and the nature of the materials used.

Orders and Payment

Your order is confirmed once full payment is received. We offer a secure checkout experience through trusted partners, including Ameriabank and Ardshinbank. In cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity, orders may be cancelled with a full refund issued promptly.

Delivery

Delivery is available within the Republic of Armenia. Estimated delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Limitation of Liability
